As of the date listed above, BhagyaX provides all features and services free of charge. No payments are processed for accessing:

• Vedic kundli generation
• 36 guna marriage matching
• AI chat consultations
• Mahadasha and dasha calculations
• Manglik dosha analysis
• Daily horoscope
• All other astrological tools
• Educational blog content

Since no payments are charged, there is no refund process required at this time.

2. Future Paid Features (Anticipated)

We anticipate introducing optional premium features in the future. When these launch, our refund policy will follow these principles:

2.1 Customer-Friendly Approach

• Transparent pricing with no hidden charges
• No subscription auto-renewal traps
• No-questions-asked refund window
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

2.2 Anticipated Refund Window

For future paid digital products (PDF reports, premium consultations):

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
• If service is undelivered: Full refund automatically
• Technical errors preventing access: Full refund + apology
• Quality concerns: Reviewed case-by-case with customer-friendly bias

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios (Anticipated)

The following scenarios would likely not qualify for refunds (when paid features exist):

• Refund requests after 30 days of purchase
• Disagreement with astrological predictions (we cannot guarantee specific outcomes)
• Fraudulent purchase attempts or chargebacks

• UPI: Refunded to source UPI ID (1-3 business days)

BhagyaX does not currently offer subscription services. If we ever introduce subscriptions, they will be designed to be cancellable at any time with prorated refunds for unused periods.
