How a BhagyaX reading is made
BhagyaX is a free AI astrology platform for Vedic birth charts, built and run by a small independent team in India. This page explains exactly what happens between the moment you enter your birth details and the moment you read your chart, because the whole point of BhagyaX is that nothing in a reading is made up.
The chart is calculated, not guessed
Your date, time and place of birth go to a calculation engine built on the Swiss Ephemeris, the same astronomical data professional astronomers use, with the Lahiri ayanamsa that is standard across India. The engine computes your lagna, the nine grahas with their signs, degrees, houses and nakshatras, the Vimshottari dasha down to the pratyantar level, the Navamsa and Dasamsa charts, yogas, doshas, Sade Sati and the transits of the day. Your place of birth is resolved against a database of 786,000 places, including every Indian village, and the time-zone offset used is the one that was actually in force at your birth instant.
The AI reads the computed chart
Only after the chart exists does an AI astrologer read it. It is given the complete chart and instructed to reason the way a practitioner does: identify the houses and lords that govern your question, weigh every factor, say where they agree and where they conflict, and commit to timing windows drawn from your dashas. It writes in plain English with graded honesty: some things are clearly indicated, some are possible but not strong, and some the chart does not support.
Every reply is checked before you see it
Each answer is checked against your computed chart. If the AI names a placement that is not in your chart, the reply is rejected and rewritten. If it drifts into another language, into its own reasoning notes, or stops mid-sentence, the same happens. If no acceptable reading can be produced, you are told so plainly rather than shown something invented.
What we do not do
We do not predict death or terminal illness, diagnose medical conditions, give legal or financial instructions, or sell remedies. We do not store your birth details or your conversation after the sitting ends. We do not show advertising.
Accuracy standard
The calculation layer is tested against golden charts and an ephemeris differential on every deployment. The place resolver is tested against 200 places in 8 spellings each and 597 time-zone checks. The reading pipeline runs a fail-proof suite of over 570 checks, including simulated model failures, before any change goes live.
