What we collect
To draw your chart we need your name, date of birth, time of birth if you know it, and place of birth. That is all. There is no account, no password, no phone number, no payment.
What happens to it
Your birth details are used to compute your chart for the current sitting and are held in memory only for the length of that sitting, at most thirty minutes. They are not written to a database, not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train any model by us. When the sitting ends, the chart and the conversation are gone.
AI processing
To produce a reading, your computed chart (not your name beyond a first name, and not your contact details) is sent to a language-model provider for interpretation. Providers may be located outside India. We choose providers whose terms do not permit training on the content we send.
Server logs
Like every website we keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention. These are rotated and deleted automatically.
Cookies
None. BhagyaX does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
Because nothing about you is stored after your sitting, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have any question about this policy, write to hello@bhagyax.com.
